3M 5952 VHB Heavy Duty Double-Sided Acrylic Foam Tape Pads (100mm x 100mm / 4" x 4") provide an exceptionally strong, permanent bond that replaces mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, and spot welds. Utilizing 3M's advanced modified acrylic adhesive on both sides of a 1.1mm conformable closed-cell foam core, these pre-cut square sheets bond reliably to high, medium, and low surface energy substrates including powder-coated paints, metals, plastics, and glass.

Application Instructions
- Thoroughly clean both mating surfaces with a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Ensure surfaces are completely dry and free from oil.
- Peel the red release liner from one side and apply firm pressure (minimum 15 psi) across the entire surface using a roller or hand pressure.
- Remove the remaining liner, position the mating component, and press firmly for 30 seconds.
- Allow adhesive to wet out: approximately 50% strength achieved in 20 minutes, 90% in 24 hours, and 100% full strength in 72 hours.
