Application & Surface Preparation Guide
- Clean: Thoroughly clean bonding surfaces with a 50:50 Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and water mixture. Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from oil or dust.
- Apply: Apply tape with firm, uniform pressure (at least 15 psi / 100 kPa) using a roller or squeegee to achieve complete surface contact.
- Cure: Bond strength increases over time: approximately 50% strength after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% full bond strength reached after 72 hours at room temperature (70°F / 21°C).
