Genuine 3M™ Double Coated Tape with Adhesive 300LSE (3M 9495LE) delivers exceptional bond strength to a wide variety of surfaces, including hard-to-bond low surface energy (LSE) plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and powder-coated finishes. Each pre-cut 100 mm x 200 mm (approx. 4" x 8") sheet features a clear 0.5 mil polyester (PET) film carrier coated on both sides with high-strength 300LSE acrylic adhesive (total thickness 0.17 mm / 6.7 mil), providing superior dimensional stability, anti-lifting performance, and excellent resistance to moisture and oils.

Application Guidelines

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, and unified. Clean thoroughly with a 50:50 isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water mixture before application.
• Apply firm, uniform pressure across the sheet with a squeegee or roller (recommended 15–20 psi) to eliminate air entrapment and ensure maximum wet-out.
• Initial handling bond is immediate; bond strength reaches ~90% after 24 hours and achieves full ultimate adhesion after 72 hours at room temperature.
