Featuring 0.13mm (5.2 mil) of 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP on a heavy polycoated kraft release liner, these extra-large sheets deliver superior shear strength, high temperature tolerance up to 204°C (400°F), and an ultra-thin, smooth bond line without any carrier film.

Application Instructions for Best Results

1. Clean Surfaces: Wipe bonding surfaces with a 50:50 mixture of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and clean water. Ensure surfaces are dry, smooth, and oil-free.
2. Position & Trim: Pre-align the sheet or trim to size using a sharp utility knife or rotary cutter before removing the liner.
3. Apply Pressure: Peel one side of the liner, place onto the substrate, and apply firm, even pressure using a rubber roller (at least 15 psi) to eliminate air bubbles.
4. Cure Time: Adhesive wets out over time. Approximately 60% of bond strength is achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% full bond strength after 72 hours at room temperature.
