3M™ 9495LE Double Coated Tape Sheets with 300LSE Adhesive (300mm × 300mm / approx. 11.8" × 11.8") provide high-strength permanent bonding to low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder coatings, and oily metals that standard adhesives cannot bond. Featuring a clear polyester (PET) carrier with 3M™ Laminating Adhesive 300LSE on both sides, these square sheets deliver dimensional stability, easy die-cutting/trimming, and exceptional holding power across consumer electronics, industrial manufacturing, and DIY repairs.

Application Instructions for Maximum Adhesion
- Clean Surface: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and thoroughly degreased using a 50:50 Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and water solution.
- Cut to Desired Shape: Cut or trim the sheet with a sharp hobby knife, scissors, or laser/die-cutter before removing the release liner.
- Apply Pressure: Peel one liner, place the sheet on the first substrate, and apply firm, uniform pressure (at least 15 psi). Then peel the second liner and mate the parts with firm pressure.
- Cure Time: Allow 24 to 72 hours at room temperature for the acrylic adhesive to wet out and achieve maximum bond strength.
