Precision die-cut to an 82mm (approx. 3.23") diameter with a 1.0mm (40 mil) thickness, these circular pads provide a high-strength permanent seal that replaces mechanical fasteners like screws, rivets, and liquid adhesives on glass, acrylic, and smooth surfaces.

Application Instructions
- Clean the Surface: Thoroughly wipe both mating surfaces with a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water. Ensure surfaces are completely dry, clean, and grease-free.
- Apply the Disc: Peel the red release liner from one side and press the disc firmly onto the surface with uniform pressure (approx. 15 psi).
- Assemble & Cure: Remove the second liner, align parts, and press firmly for 30–60 seconds. Full bonding strength builds over time: ~50% at 20 minutes, ~90% at 24 hours, and 100% full strength after 72 hours.
Tips: For best results, apply at temperatures between 50°F and 80°F (10°C to 26°C). Avoid touching the adhesive surface directly with fingers.
