Formulated with 1.1 mm viscoelastic closed-cell gray acrylic foam and 3M's specialized low-temperature adhesive system, they provide permanent holding power and weather-tight sealing around mounting bolts, alignment posts, and pass-through sensors.

Application Guidelines

• Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly with a 50:50 isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water mixture; wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Peel the first liner, align the 8 mm center hole over the mounting post or screw hole, and press firmly into position.
• Remove the top liner, align mating substrate, and apply uniform rolling or hand pressure (15–20 psi for 3–5 seconds).
• Initial handling strength is immediate; full bond strength develops progressively over 24 to 72 hours.
