Application Instructions for Best Results

• Surface Cleaning: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and unified. A 50:50 isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water wipe is recommended prior to application.
• Application Temperature: Ideal application temperature range is 70°F to 100°F (21°C to 38°C). Avoid applying on surfaces below 50°F (10°C).
• Firm Pressure: Apply firm, uniform pressure across the entire disc to maximize adhesive-to-surface contact.
• Strength Build-up: Approximately 50% bond strength is achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% full strength after 72 hours at room temperature.
