Precision die-cut from genuine 3M™ Double-Coated Polyethylene Foam Tape 1600T, these 10 mm (approx. 0.39") round adhesive dots combine a conformable closed-cell PE foam core with a high-tack acrylic adhesive system. Engineered for rapid initial tack, strong shear holding power, and reliable gap-filling performance, they provide clean, instant mounting across a wide range of surfaces including plastics, metals, glass, and painted wood.

Application Guidelines

• Surfaces should be cleaned with a 50:50 isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water mixture to ensure a clean, dry, and dust-free bond line.
• Apply firm, uniform pressure across the dot (recommended 15–20 psi) to activate adhesive wet-out.
• Optimum application temperature is between 21°C and 38°C (70°F to 100°F).
