3M™ VHB™ Tape 5952 provides permanent, industrial-grade bonding with a clean, smooth appearance. Engineered with a modified acrylic adhesive and a highly conformable 1.1mm acrylic foam core, these pre-cut 120mm (approx. 4.72") large round pads create an ultra-strong bond across a wide variety of substrates, permanently replacing screws, rivets, bolts, and messy liquid glues.

Application & Curing Instructions
- Surface Cleaning: Clean both mating surfaces with a 50:50 mixture of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and water. Surfaces must be thoroughly dry and free from dust or grease.
- Apply Pressure: Firm pressure (~15 psi / 1 kg/cm²) must be applied across the entire 120mm circle to establish complete adhesive wet-out.
- Curing Progression: Immediate strength is ~50%; builds to ~90% after 24 hours, and reaches 100% full holding capacity after 72 hours at room temperature (21°C / 70°F).
- Application Temperature: Ideal application temperature is between 21°C to 38°C (70°F to 100°F). Avoid applying below 10°C (50°F).
