3M™ VHB™ Tape 4910 is a heavy-duty, optically clear 1.0 mm (approx. 40 mil) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape. Designed with a high-performance general purpose acrylic adhesive, it provides virtually invisible fastening that replaces traditional mechanical fasteners like rivets, screws, bolts, spot welds, and messy liquid adhesives.

Application Guidelines
- Surface Cleaning: Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly with a 50:50 isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water mixture to ensure dry, oil-free contact.
- Apply Pressure: Firm application pressure (minimum 15 psi / ~1 kg/cm²) improves adhesive-to-surface contact and bond strength.
- Bond Strength Build-up: Approximately 50% of ultimate bond strength is achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% full strength after 72 hours at room temperature (21°C / 70°F).
